Medicine Music Journey
Gather for a beautiful & intimate evening of live music, communion, and artistry inside the exquisite studio of La Casa de Malka. ✧
Sacred Song & Voice Opening Workshop
with Waxy Yawanawa & Delfina Mun Akarâ
Join us for an evening of sacred song, voice opening, and community connection.
Together we will explore chants from the Yawanawa and Madha traditions, learning their melodies, meanings, and the prayer they carry. We begin with simple breath-work guided by our sister Karina to arrive in the body, followed by immersive chanting and an intimate sharing of medicine music and guitar songs.
This workshop is open to all. No previous singing experience is needed—only a willingness to listen, learn, and participate.
We recommend attending both workshops (July 9 & 23) to deepen your connection with the chants and teachings being shared.
The evening begins inside Alchemy Cafe & Cocktail Bar, where guests are invited to share tables over nourishing tapas, botanical elixirs, and conversation before descending into the musical experience together.
